United decided on a couple of alterations after the Anfield triumph at Anfield last weekend. Šeško is selected instead of Mount, now on the substitutes, plus the decisive scorer Maguire misses out completely, Leny Yoro taking his place at the back.
Maguire picked up an injury in midweek sessions. Tyrell Malacia is named in a Premier League squad in 2025-26.
Brighton & Hove Albion make one change after their 2-1 home win versus Newcastle. It’s ostensibly a defensive one, including Maxim De Cuyper for Diego Gómez, who drops to the bench.
Danny Welbeck, formerly of United to win the Premier League during the 2012-13 season, visits his old club in fine form with four recent goals, exceeding his tally over his last 15 matches.

Amorim is unfazed about the views of Arne Slot … while Welbeck is focused regarding the plans of Thomas Tuchel.
